Hollow Edge Slicing Knife features a unique blade with scalloped indents that allow you to cut through meats with firm exteriors and delicate interiors, much like serrated knives, and still leave thin slices perfectly intact and juicy. Great for prime rib, too. J.A. Henckels has been manufacturing fine cutlery since 1731. Made in Solingen, Germany, its knives are forged, not stamped.
